Recruitment Policies:

Prospects
If a recruit's application is accepted then that recruit will enter the clan as a Prospect Member. Their prospect period (around 30 days) will last until Clan Members decide whether or not to accept the prospect as a full clan member. Members will consider website activity, Xbox Live activity, game skill, play style, attitude, and maturity level when deciding on prospects. If a prospect breaks any clan rule at any time during their prospect period they will be immediately removed from the clan. Prospects can not earn medals until they have become a full clan member.

Age Requirements
New recruits must be atleast 18 years old before becoming a prospect. Its just that simple. We are a mature clan that really has no interest in recruiting players that are under 18 years old. It doesn't matter how good you are.

Skill Requirements
New recruits must meet certain skill requirements before becoming a prospect. Depending on what game the clan is focusing on. Recruits will have to prove themselves by either displaying a certain level of in game stats or passing a "tryout". The clan realizes that some games are different than others and that not all stats reflect the true skill level of a player. If the main focus of the clan is a game with Team Deathmatch modes then the requirement may be a certain level of kill-to-death ratio. If the focused game is more objective based then the requirement may be in some form of a tryout or in game stat. The skill requirement is never set too high since most of our clan are casual gamers. We have members of both average and high skill levels, we just don't want members from the lowest skill level possible.

Exceptions
The clan is always willing to make exceptions for recruits if the clan feels they are "worth it" or have been unfairly denied membership based on the above requirements. New recruits should realize that those exceptions are almost never made. Any recruit wanting an exception made will have toprove themselves to clan members. If a recruit does prove themselves then the Captains will decide on their entry in becoming a prospect.

Conduct:

Cheating
Our clan is 100% against any type of modding, glitching, boosting, or any form of cheating in any way. No excuses, no exceptions. What members do while in the clan is a reflection upon all of us. Any member caught cheating in any way will be removed from the clan.

Respect
All clan members must show other members respect while playing together on Xbox Live or using the website forums. Giving other members constructive critizism is welcomed, but should be done so in a respectful manner. Insulting other members directly will not be tolerated. If any member has a problem with another then they should try and talk it out with that member or a Captain. Just act like an adult. This is why we have an age requirement to join the clan.

Sportsmanship
All members should show sportmanship to the teams they play against, whether in an offical clan match or in public game lobbies. If members start acting like the rest of Xbox Live, throwing out nothing but negative insults and excuses then no one new is going to want to join the clan. Clan members should be setting an example to other players on how things could be for them if they were in a good clan, not arguing with them.

Double Rostering
No clan member is allowed to join another clan roster on any gaming ladder/league where the Suicide Kings has already been registered. We're here to promote teamwork and unity, not setup individual groups within the clan.

Dashboarding
Dashboarding, or any form of quiting a game early when playing with other clan mates, is not allowed. Now we realize that this is just a game and sometimes something happens in real life that forces you to quit a game early and that's perfectly fine. But when it's obvious you're quiting games just because you're losing or having a bad game then it is a problem. We are a team. We win, lose, or draw together. Quiting before the game ends instead of taking your lose as a team is something we do not practice here. Any member caught dashboarding is subject for removal from the clan.

Party Policy
All clan members have the right to clan parties over any non-clan members. If non-clan members are playing with the clan party and the party is full, then when other clan members get online the non-clan members will be asked to leave the party to make room for the clan member. It should be made clear to all non-clan members playing in the clan party that clan members can take their spot at any time on request. If the clan party is full with clan members and other clan members come online, then the spots in the clan party will be given away on a "first come first serve" basis.

Activity:

Website Activity
All clan members must visit the clan website once atleast every sixty days to be considered an active clan member. If a clan member does not visit the website within sixty days they will be set to Hang Around and will no longer be an offical active clan member. These members are not "kicked" from the clan, they are just no longer on our active members list. If an inactive clan member returns to the website within an year of their inactive status then all they have to do is contact a staff member to have their account updated and set back to an offical active clan member.

Xbox Live Activity
There is no activity requirement on Xbox Live. Since there is no real way to track when clan members log on to Xbox Live or stop playing with other clan members, the only offical activity requirements are based on the clan website.

General:

Clan Captains
Clan Captains are elected leaders for the clan. Every six months a new election by clan members will take place. There will be one captain elected per ten clan members. Every active clan member will be in the election.

Clan Voting
Most major clan decisions are made by polling the clan members on the website forums. It's up to the Captains and Leaders to decide what will be voted on and who will be allowed to vote on these polls. The polls will not just be decided on by the majority of the votes, the polls are just a way for the Captains and Leaders to get a general consenses of how the majority of the clan members feels about a certain topic.

Clan Member Removal
All clan member removal decisions will be made by Captains and Leaders. Any Captain can decide whether a clan member's membership should be in question and discuss it with the other Captains and Leaders in private.

General Exceptions>Clan Member Removal
Any exception to clan rules will be made by the Leaders.

Rule Changes
Clan rule changes will be made by the Leaders.
